You can cancel your subscription at any time.
- No cancellation fees or penalties
- Cancel directly from your account settings
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
- You will retain full access to all features until your subscription expires
- No automatic renewal after cancellation
To cancel your subscription, log into your account, go to Settings, and click "Cancel Subscription". Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
💰 Refund Policy
Our refund policy is straightforward and fair:
✓ Eligible for Refund
If you have not used the service (no scans have been run on your account), you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
✗ Not Eligible for Refund
If you have used the service (one or more scans have been run on your account), we are unable to provide a refund. This is because our service incurs costs for each scan performed, including AI processing and data analysis.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at support@ifindgaps.com with:
- Your account email address
- Date of purchase
- Reason for refund request
We aim to process all refund requests within 5-7 business days. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
Exceptions
We may, at our sole discretion, consider refund requests outside of the above policy in exceptional circumstances, such as:
- Service outages or technical issues that prevented you from using the service
- Billing errors or duplicate charges
- Other extenuating circumstances
